On September 26, 2007, Matt Jacobson, President, Heiden, Inc. announced the following personnel changes that will be effective October 1st, 2007:
Khushrow Madon, Vice-President-Strategic Business Development, Engineering & Quality. In his new role, Madon will focus on new growth opportunities for the business as well as continuing to lead Heiden’s engineering and quality efforts. Madon received his Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He is a 15-year veteran of the company and has a minority ownership stake.
Karen Jacobson, Vice-President-Sales, Marketing & Administration. As partial owner of the company; Karen is taking on the Sales and Marketing functions in addition to her current Administration role. A graduate of St. Lawrence University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Karen had senior management positions in the insurance industry prior to joining Heiden in 2006. She and Matt Jacobson purchased the business from their father earlier this year.
Dan Stuckmann, Manager, Crane Attachment business. Prior to taking this position, Stuckmann was a production planner and associate buyer for Attachments. Dan has been at Heiden since 2001.
Randy Green, Manager, Production Programming, IT and Maintenance. Green, a 20-year associate with the company, will add managing the IT function to his current programming duties along with Machine Maintenance duties.

Jeff Blahnik is moving from 2nd shift supervision to production planning
Tracy Sobush assumes Lead Man position on 2nd shift

Laurie Jonasen, promoted to Supervisor-Accounting
Jennifer Peck, promoted to Sales Administrator
Sue Zucchi, promoted to Human Resources Administration
