Do you like hands-on work, staying organized, and being the person who keeps things moving on the shop floor? Heiden is looking for a Fabrication Support Specialist to join our 2nd shift team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Keep Production Moving

  • Move raw material and parts between departments
  • Shake out parts after cutting and prep for next operations
  • Stage materials so jobs are ready when needed
  • Follow FIFO and keep work areas clean and organized

Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Support

  • Load and unload trucks
  • Verify counts and labels
  • Match packing lists to outgoing shipments
  • Support inventory staging and storage

Accuracy & Teamwork

  • Log materials and counts accurately in the system
  • Speak up if something is missing or doesn’t look right
  • Work with production to keep jobs on track and on time

  • Materials are where they need to be before production needs them
  • Jobs aren’t waiting on parts or staging
  • Work areas stay clean and organized
  • You’re staying ahead of the work, not catching up

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and shows up ready to work
  • Willing to learn and help where needed
  • Forklift experience is a plus (we’ll train if needed)

Shift Info

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
  • Training period on 1st Shift (5:30 AM – 4:00 PM) before moving to 2nd
