What You’ll Be Doing

Machine Operation

Operate and cross train on a variety of fabrication equipment depending on production needs and skillset.

Primary areas may include:

  • Press Brake (primary focus)
  • Drill & Insert
  • Spot Welding
  • Saw / Strippet
  • Laser Operation

Quality & Accuracy

  • Read blueprints and follow work instructions
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers & gauges
  • Complete quality checks and production documentation
  • Speak up if something doesn’t look right

 Teamwork & Production Flow

  • Help keep jobs moving on schedule
  • Support other departments when needed
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow safety and 5S expectations

What Success Looks Like

  • Parts are produced accurately and efficiently
  • Jobs continue moving through production without delays
  • Work areas stay clean and organized
  • You’re learning multiple areas and becoming more versatile over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
  • Comfortable reading blueprints and using measuring tools
  • Detail-oriented and quality focused
  • Reliable and ready to work
  • Willing to learn multiple machines and areas
  • Team player with a good attitude

1st Shift

Monday–Thursday
5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift

Monday–Thursday
4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Training may take place on 1st shift depending on experience and department needs.
