This role is a mix of purchasing, problem-solving, and coordination. You’ll be working directly with vendors, supporting the shop, and making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. If something is off, you’ll be the one helping get it back on track.

Full-time We're looking for a Production Scheduler who can keep our shop moving. This role owns the schedule, what runs, when it runs, and making sure jobs are ready when they hit the floor. If you understand manufacturing flow and like being in the middle of the action, this is a good fit.

2nd Shift | $22.14/hr - $29.24/hr Do you like hands-on work, staying organized, and being the person who keeps things moving on the shop floor? Heiden is looking for a Fabrication Support Specialist to join our 2nd shift team.

You’ll build custom components from blueprints, collaborate with a supportive crew, and contribute to a shop where skill and work ethic are valued.

1st Shift | Full-time | JPF Paint Finishes (Partner Company of Heiden LLC)

At JPF Paint Finishes, we are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Lead who can keep our equipment running at optimal performance with minimal production downtime. This role will maintain all maintenance aspects including the facility operating safely and efficiently. You will be actively repairing, troubleshooting, and improving processes. If you like problem solving in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a good fit for you.
