At JPF we’re looking for an Industrial Maintenance Lead who can keep our equipment running and minimize downtime.

This role owns maintenance keeping machines and the facility operating safely and efficiently. You’ll be hands-on with repairs, troubleshooting, and improving processes. If you like solving problems and keeping things running, this is a good fit.

What You’ll Do

Own Maintenance Operations

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform repairs and install equipment as needed
  • Keep machines and facility infrastructure running safely

Keep Production Running

  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
  • Minimize downtime and keep operations moving
  • Support installation of new equipment and upgrades

Stay Ahead of Problems

  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
  • Identify issues before they turn into downtime
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and needed supplies

Drive Improvement

  • Look for ways to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Support process improvements and maintenance strategies
  • Help plan upgrades and justify improvements when needed

What Success Looks Like

  • Equipment is running reliably with minimal downtime
  • Issues are identified and handled before they impact production
  • Maintenance is organized and proactive, not reactive
  • The shop stays safe and compliant

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Safety-focused mindset (LOTO, electrical safety, etc.)
